1. Electric current Employee, more than than ane year

   Pros

   Assistant was corking, front desk was peachy. Management is easily off.

   Cons

   There are not many cons that I am able to think of.

   No state funded insurance plans accepted

   Cons

   They pushed over treatment planning patients. Was let go when I didn't agree. Regional Dentist overseeing offices in my region was very condescending and sexist. Patients are treated as a number and profit. They exercise not intendance for quality dentistry, simply how many unnecessary core b/u and crowns can exist completed

   Autonomy over your patients and schedule. Hard working hygienist. Great compensation.

   Cons

   Piece of work life balance can exist difficult depending on the working hours. They but offering full time positions. Extra time subsequently or earlier work are needed to continue upwards proper notation taking, if y'all are in one of the high flow offices.

   If you are a producer of $ they don't bother yous In-house specialty for patient emergencies Various good specialist. Dental health Grouping was my direct employer via Great Expression

   Pressure for production Pressure for referral to specialist in business firm- unethical Overbooking dentist to increase productivity at the expense of quality Low quality materials, or lack of textile at times Indirect bullying from seniority specialist Quality and conservative dentistry is discouraged Commission to current dentist for improving prior dentist piece of work- never delivered afterwards proper paper work submission. Chair side assistant ordinarily inexperienced and underpaid for corporeality of responsibility- revolving staff hire *please exist aware of the toll to terminate your employment with them. A tail malpractice insurance is the responsibility of the dentist who terminates the understanding with a toll on boilerplate $8k to be paid from you paycheck or invoices post last pay. Don't match 401k

   Worked for great expressions as a new grad after dental school and it was nice to take a guaranteed wage, although not very high.

   Cons

   Not flexible with office time schedule. I worked in a multi md exercise with 1-iii doctors working each day. After maternity leave I needed to alter which 2 days I could work due to child care issues and they told me if I switched days so I would have to either switch offices or stay abode with my kids.

    Helpful management- progressive new CEO- administration willing to heed- autonomy to handle schedules-really adept specialists in all fields-ability to motion up in company. Allow you grow into the dentist y'all desire to be just in that location when yous need help.

    Was a chip of turnover in the past but new CEO and management have a really good idea of direction to take company .
